The Board of Health of the Borough of Middlesex, New Jersey, acting under the power and authority conferred upon it by Title 26:3-64 to 26:3-69 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey and the several acts supplementary thereto and amendatory thereof, hereby ordains as follows.
