The aforesaid schedules[1] be and they are hereby approved and adopted and made a part of this article, and said schedules shall be filed with the Township Clerk of said Township upon the final passage and adoption of this article.

No. 365, which read as follows: "WHEREAS, at the election held on the fifth day of November, 1957, there was submitted to the voters of the Township of Moorestown, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, the question of whether or not said township should adopt the provisions of the Civil Service Act of the State of New Jersey, and such adoption was duly approved and authorized by a majority of the voters of the said township at said election; and "WHEREAS, immediately thereafter, the Civil Service Commission of the State of New Jersey made a survey of all the municipal officers and employees of said township, covering the duties, salaries and respective departments of said employees; and "WHEREAS, following said survey, the Civil Service Commission submitted to the governing body of said township three separate and distinct schedules, as follows: "Schedule 1, being a complete list of the employees of said township as of November 5, 1957, giving the class and the jurisdiction, service and division to which the position occupied by each employee has been allocated and suggested salary ranges, and "Schedule 2, being a specification for each class established by the aforesaid survey, including a definition of the class, its distinguishing characteristics, examples of work and the requirements to be applied for recruitment to the class; and "Schedule 3, being the recommended rules for the installation and administration of civil service procedures in and for said township."
