The requirements of this Part 6 shall be enforced by the Township Engineer, who shall inspect or require adequate inspection of the work. If the Township Engineer finds any existing conditions not as stated in any application, he may refuse to approve further work and shall notify the Planning Board, in writing, of the reasons for refusal and may additionally require necessary erosion and sedimentation control measures to be promptly installed and may seek other penalties as provided in § 57-149.
