No person, firm or corporation shall, on Sunday, permit or allow to be open any barbershop or any business of operating a barbershop with in the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights except within the B1 Central Business Zone as the same may be designated from time to time under Chapter 275 of this Code.[1]
