It shall be unlawful for any auctioneer to carry
on his trade, business or vocation within the limits of the Borough
of Hasbrouck Heights unless he shall first have obtained from the
Borough Clerk a license so to do and paid the fees hereinafter provided
for the same.

The annual fees for such license, which license shall expire on December 31 after issue, are hereby fixed as set forth in Chapter 133, Fees.
