Brush, grass and weeds — See Ch. 101.
Shade trees — See Ch. 236, Art. III.
Subdivisions and site plans — See Ch. 238.
No person, firm or corporation shall injure or damage, in any way whatsoever, any tree or shrubbery planted in any public highway, park or parkway of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights or plant, replant, remove, cut or trim the same except with the permission and under the direction of the Superintendent of Public Works.[2]
Editor's Note: Original Section 1, which immediately preceded this section and dealt with the control of planting and care of shade trees by the Superintendent of Public Works, was deleted 5-29-1990 by Ord. No. 1538.
