This chapter is for the purpose of promoting the orderly and safe parking of motor vehicles and the minimizing of traffic congestion in the Township and particularly at the Lyons and Basking Ridge Railroad Stations of the Erie Lackawanna Railway and the Henry Street - South Maple Avenue Parking Area in Basking Ridge.
