There is hereby established in the Borough of
Totowa, New Jersey, the office of Administrator of the Municipal Court
of the Borough of Totowa, New Jersey.
The duties of said office shall be to attend
the sessions of the Court of the Borough, keep a record of all proceedings
of said Court, have control of and be responsible for all papers and
records filed in said Court and to perform such other duties as the
Borough Council may from time to time by resolution determine.
Said office will be filled by appointment by
the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Borough Council, and
the term of said appointment shall be for one year, dating from January
1 of each year.

The salary of said office shall be as determined
in the annual Salary Ordinance as adopted by the Mayor and Council.
