The position of Deputy Administrator to the Municipal Court be and the same is hereby created. There shall be a maximum of two Administrators in number, one of whom shall be designated First Deputy Administrator and the other shall be designated Second Deputy Administrator.
The duties of this position shall be to serve in the capacity of Administrator to the Municipal Court in the absence of the Administrator and such other duties as may be directed by the Municipal Judge of the Borough of Totowa.
Appointment to this position shall be for a calendar-year term and until his successor is appointed and qualifies, and each appointment shall be made by the Mayor, with the consent of the Borough Council, as set forth in the Revised Statutes of New Jersey.
The salary of the Deputy Court Administrator shall be as determined in the annual Salary Ordinance as adopted by the Mayor and Council.[1]
