The Select Board may, as provided by MGL c. 148, § 13, issue a license for the keeping, storage, manufacture or sale of any of the items named in MGL c. 148, § 9.

Any such license granted shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed in the license by the Select Board, which may include a condition that the license be exercised to such extent and within such period as may be fixed by the Select Board.
A. 
The fees to be charged for licenses granted under this chapter are hereby established as follows:
(1) 
Zero to 8,000 gallons: $25.
(2) 
More than 8,000 gallons: $50.
B. 
The owner or occupant of any land licensed as provided heretofore shall, on or before the 13th day of April each year, file with the Town Clerk a certificate of registration setting forth the name and address of the holder of such license and pay therefor a fee of $15.
C. 
The license fee and annual registration fee shall be waived for any political subdivision or agency thereof.
