[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Town of Fairhaven 9-26-1979 as part of Ch. XIII of the 1979 Regulations, effective 10-1-1979. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
Whoever violates any of the rules and regulations of the Fairhaven Board of Health shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $300 for each day the violations exist. Such fine shall be levied at the discretion of the Board of Health.
B. 
All charges incurred by the Town of Fairhaven in the process of abating violations in the Board of Health rules and regulations shall be assessed to the violator if present.
The Board of Health may from time to time amend or abrogate any of the regulations in Division 4 of the Code if in its opinion the safety of the public requires such action.
A. 
All prior regulations of the Board of Health are hereby revoked as of October 1, 1979.
B. 
All regulations of the Board of Health as contained herein are hereby adopted effective October 1, 1979.
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of the regulations of Division 4 of the Code be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of said regulations shall not be affected thereby.
