§ 471-1 Unauthorized dumping prohibited. No person shall dump, discard, abandon or place trash, rubbish, debris, scrap, garbage or offal on any properties in the Town of Fairhaven, except as authorized.
§ 471-2 Violations and penalties. A. A person apprehended in committing this act will be considered guilty of littering and/or illegal dumping.B. Said person will be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.[Amended 8-8-2011]
