Any person who violates the provisions of this
chapter shall be subject to the following fines and penalties.
A. Section
169-8, Accidents to be reported: a fine of $40 for the first offense; $55 for the second offense and $80 for the third and subsequent offenses in a twelve-month period.
B. Section
169-22, Obedience required: a fine of $55.
C. Section
169-59, One-way streets: a fine of $55.
D. Section
169-60, Driving within proper lanes: a fine of $55.
E. Section
169-61, Keeping to the right: a fine of $55.
F. Section
169-63, Overtaking other vehicles: a fine of $55.
G. Section
169-64, Obstructing traffic: a fine of $55.
H. Section
169-65, Rotary traffic: a fine of $55.
I. Section
169-66, Entering intersections or crosswalks: a fine of $55.
J. Section
169-67, Emerging from alleys or private driveways: a fine of $55.
K. Section
169-68, Following too closely: a fine of $55.
L. Section
169-70, Care in starting, stopping, turning or backing up: a fine of $55.
M. Section
169-71, Prohibited U-turns: a fine of $55.
N. Section
169-72, Prohibited turns: a fine of $55.
O. Section
169-75, Right turn during red signal prohibited: a fine of $55.
P. Section
169-78, Underpasses, overpasses and intersections with islands: a fine of $55.
Q. Section
169-80, Driving on sidewalks: a fine of $55.
