A.
The Department will furnish and install one five-eighths-inch by three-fourths-inch water meter at the termination of each service connection and keep the meter in repair for routine use. A service charge will be rendered for each service installation based upon the requested meter size.

The cost of a second meter or other additional meters requested by the owner for any one service connection and approved by the Department will be charged to the owner making such request. Installation of the extra meter or meters will be made by the Department following payment by the owner of the estimated charge.

The Department, upon request from the owner or if required by the nature of the service, may approve and install a meter larger than the minimum size specified above. The owner will be charged for the difference in cost between the two meters.
D.
Services for underground sprinkler system and other seasonal services shall have separate metered connections with meter furnished by the Department and installed in a suitable location furnished by the owners as herein detailed. The meter shall be removed by the Department during periods of no use.
