A. 
The Select Board is authorized to establish a schedule of rates to be charged to patrons of ambulance service furnished by the Town.
B. 
The Select Board may from time to time review said rates and establish a new rate schedule. Such rate revisions shall be effective 30 days after public notice in a newspaper having circulation within the Town.

The Select Board shall be responsible for establishing the billing procedure for ambulance service.

Fees levied for ambulance service shall be payable to the Town Treasurer-Collector and deposited in an account known as the "Ambulance Fund." When deemed in the best interests of the Town, fees may be abated by a majority vote of the Select Board.
