There shall be created a position of Town Administrator, said Administrator
to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Administrator shall be a person
of proven administrative ability, especially qualified by education, executive
and administrative qualifications and experience in public or business administration.
The Board of Selectmen may, from time to time, establish additional qualifications
for the office of Administrator.
The Town Administrator shall be the administrative officer of the Town
and shall act as the agent for the Board of Selectmen. The Town Administrator
shall be responsible to the Board of Selectmen and shall perform all duties
and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Board of Selectmen.
