There is hereby created the position of Land Use Administrator for the Planning Board and the Planning Board acting as a Board of Adjustment. The Borough Council shall select a Land Use Administrator who will be a municipal employee.
The Land Use Administrator shall perform, without limit, the following duties:
A. 
Schedule all hearings before the Planning Board and the Planning Board acting as a Board of Adjustment and shall prepare the agenda for the Board meetings.

B. 
See that all legal publications required to be made are made within the time periods required by law and that all notices or mailings, which are the responsibility of the municipal agency, are so properly made or given.
C. 
See that minutes are made and kept of all meetings of the sections or of the full Board by the secretary or secretaries thereof as required by law.
D. 
See that all files of pending cases are properly kept and maintained and keep a log or schedule showing the time within which decisions must be made on any matter or classes of matters according to law.
E. 
Cause to be prepared for submission to the appropriate Board proposed rules or amendments thereto for consideration by the governing body.
F. 
Render assistance to appellants or applicants desiring to submit appeals or applications for development so as to inform them of all submission requirements.
G. 
Determine the completeness of all applications for development and give all notices or certifications pertaining thereto as required by law.
The initial salary for the Land Use Administrator shall be determined by resolution of the governing body on an hourly basis. Following the first year of the position's existence the salary shall be annually determined by the Borough Salary Ordinance.[1]
