Parking is hereby prohibited in any areas designated
as "fire lanes" by the Hopewell Fire Official in accordance with N.J.S.A.
52:27D-192 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:70-3.23, F-311.0.
Owners of vehicles found parked in violation
of the foregoing section shall be, upon conviction, subject to a fine
as established by the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles, and the
vehicle may be removed at the owner's expense.
