The Village of Canton Superintendent of Public Works is
hereby authorized to enter into written agreements with owners of private
property within the village which will provide the village with the right
to plant trees on private property within 10 feet of the street or public
right-of-way.
The cost of planting the trees shall be assessed to the property owner,
in accord with a written fee schedule adopted by the Village Board of Trustees
(and subject to amendment from time to time by the Board of Trustees).
