A.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Codes Enforcement Officer of
the Village of Cazenovia.
B.
Any person committing an offense against any of the provisions of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to punishment
by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than
15 days, or both. Each day of continued violation shall constitute
a separate and additional violation of this chapter.
