Editor's Note: The current sewer rent law is on file and available
for inspection in the Village offices.
All persons owning, having or occupying lots, parcels or tracts of land
situated within the Village, or served by the Village water system, having
thereon buildings or structures of any kind connected to Village- or County-owned
sewage works, shall pay to the Receiver of Taxes and Assessments, at the times
provided by the Village Board of Trustees, rents and charges as may be fixed
by the Village Board of Trustees, from time to time, for each sewer district
served by the Village.
