A. 
The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
B. 
The Board of Trustees reserves to itself the power to amend all the schedules in this article as deemed necessary by the passage of a resolution by the Board of Trustees.
A. 
No person shall operate or park or leave any motor vehicle upon any public sidewalk within the Village.
B. 
The term "motor vehicle" as used above includes but is not limited to automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, snowmobiles and any other motor driven vehicle capable of carrying a human being and capable of speeds in excess of five miles per hour.
No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the Village for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day.
No person shall park a motor vehicle of any type or kind at any time between the gutter and sidewalk or curb and sidewalk on any street within the Village.
No person shall park a vehicle on any street at any time in the Village without proper license plates displayed according to law.
Double parking is absolutely prohibited on any of the streets in the Village at any time.
No person shall park a vehicle within 15 feet either side of all intersections, unless otherwise designated herein.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XII (§ 169-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§ 169-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 169-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 169-55) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVI (§ 169-56) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 169-57) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 169-58) at any time between the hours listed in said schedule of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIX (§ 169-59), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 169-60), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 169-61), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXII (§ 169-62), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
