No owner, proprietor and/or manager of an amusement
center or place of amusement shall use or permit to be used the premises
in which such business is carried on that the noise emanating therefrom
constitutes a nuisance or disorderly conduct as those terms are defined
by the Penal Law of the State of New York.
No owner, proprietor or manager of an amusement
center or place of amusement shall permit the same to be used for
unlawful purposes, or permit or allow any unlawful activity to be
conducted therein by employees or patrons.
No proprietor of an amusement center or place
of amusement shall suffer or permit the use thereof by regularly enrolled
public school students or persons under the age of 16 years during
such hours and times as such schools shall be open, except during
the regular school lunch hour, if any, and prior and subsequent to
commencement and conclusion of the school day.
No proprietor or manager of any amusement center
or place of amusement shall suffer or permit such premises to become
disorderly.
No proprietor or manager of any amusement center
shall cause the business to operate beyond the following limitations:
A. Weekdays: no later than 10:00 p.m.;
B. Saturday: not prior to 12:00 noon or later than 11:30
p.m.;
C. Sunday: no operation allowed.
