Editor's Note: This local law was originally adopted
as Ch. A216, but was renumbered to maintain the alphabetical organization
of the Code.
A Procurement Policy was adopted by the Board of Trustees by
resolution on March 10, 2014, effective immediately and further provided
that said policy is to be reviewed annually. A copy of the Procurement
Policy is on file and may be examined in the Village Clerk's
office during regular business hours.
