A. 
Generally. No person shall disturb the quiet or peace of the people or annoy any portion thereof by conducting himself or herself in a noisy, boisterous, rude, indecent, insulting or otherwise disorderly manner or by fighting or inciting dogs to fight.
B. 
Use of instruments or sound devices. No person shall play, operate or use, or cause to be played, operated or used, any mechanical instrument, radio or wireless, speaker or horn, or any other instrument, device or thing in the Village so as to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood.
No person shall give an exhibition, circus or any other entertainment in the Village or parade the streets of the Village without the permission of the Board of Trustees.
The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a violation, and any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of not more than $250 or to not more than 15 days imprisonment, or both such fine and imprisonment.
