250-61 of this chapter.
(g)
When a stormwater management plan is submitted in sections,
a generalized stormwater management plan for the entire project site
shall be submitted in addition to the detailed stormwater management
plan for the proposed section. This generalized plan shall demonstrate
how the stormwater of the proposed section will relate to the entire
development. If temporary facilities are required for construction
of a section, such facilities shall be included in the submitted stormwater
management plan.
(11)
Typical cross sections and center-line profiles shall be provided
for each proposed street shown on the preliminary plan. These plans
may be submitted as separate sheets.
(12)
Lots for which other than a residential use is intended shall
be indicated.
(13)
A plan of proposed planting shall be provided, showing the locations
for street trees and the landscape treatment for reverse frontage
lots and any required buffer strips.
(14)
A satisfactory Montgomery County Health Department feasibility
report for all proposed lots having private on-site sewage facilities.
(15)
For all subdivisions, the total area, number of lots, lot area
for each lot; length of proposed streets shall be noted on the plan
and each lot numbered.
