Amendments to this chapter may be initiated by the Township Board of Supervisors. If the amendments are initiated by the Township Board of Supervisors, the proposed amendment or amendments shall be submitted to the Township Planning Commission for review and comment at least 30 days prior to a public hearing. Before enactment of a proposed amendment or amendments, the Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing thereon pursuant to public notice.
