From and after the effective date hereof, the
Township shall charge a fee as established by resolution of the Board
of Supervisors of Whitpain Township for providing a sewer certification
at the request of any property owner, realtor, real estate agent,
title insurance company or any member of the public for any property
in Whitpain Township.
Either the Township Manager, Assistant Township
Manager or Finance Officer of Whitpain Township shall be designated
and they are each authorized to execute sewer certifications on behalf
of the Township upon receipt of the fee and as requested.
