Township of Whitpain, PA Article VIII Fees and Expenses

§ 125-32 Fee established.

A fee shall be established by Whitpain Township to defer municipal costs for drainage plan review and processing.

§ 125-33 Expenses covered by fees.

The fees required by this Part 1 shall, at a minimum, cover:

A. Administrative costs.

B. The review of the SWM site plan by the Municipal Engineer.

C. Site inspections.

D. The inspection of required controls and improvements during construction.

E. The final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements required in the plan.

F. Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this Part 1, to correct violations and to assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.

§ 125-34 Fee schedule.

The Board of Supervisors shall adopt a fee schedule by resolution in which shall be established charges for drainage plan review and processing and permit issuance.
