§ 90-19 Bond.

The Town Treasurer shall give bond annually for the faithful performance of his duties in an amount not less than required by law as recommended by the Town Manager with the approval of the Select Board.

§ 90-20 Revenue to be paid over to Treasurer.

All income, revenue and monies belonging to the Town when received or collected by any board, commission or officer shall be promptly paid over to the Town Treasurer.
