Every Town meeting for the election of Town
officers and Town meeting members and any other matters to be acted
upon and determined by ballot of the voters shall be by meetings of
the voters of the several precincts in the polling places designated
for their respective precincts at the time fixed in the warrant and
shall be conducted in accordance with the General Laws relating to
precinct voting at elections.
