A.
Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the
maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways
within the Village except as otherwise specifically provided in this
chapter.
B.
Forty miles per hour is hereby established as the
maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways
within the Village in the following locations:
