The purpose of this article is to permit a notice
concerning the Town assessment calendar to be enclosed with the Town
of Crawford tax bill pursuant to § 5 of the Real Property
Tax Law.[1]

The tax collecting officer for the Town of Crawford
is hereby authorized to enclose with each property tax bill sent to
owners of real property in the Town of Crawford a copy of the most
current Town assessment calendar.
The form of the Town assessment calendar shall
be approved by a resolution unanimously adopted by the Town Board.
