A. No house trailer, motor home, trailer, camper, boat,
watercraft or other recreation vehicles shall be stored out of doors
in a residential district except in the rear yard and no closer than
five feet to the side or rear property lines. For purposes of this
section, continuous parking beyond 14 days shall constitute storage.
B. For purposes of this section, the front of a principal
structure is deemed to face that street which bears the mailing address
of the property for real property tax purposes.
C. For purposes of this section, a rear yard is deemed
to be that part of a lot located behind the principal structure. The
rear yard covers the full width of the lot but excludes any side yard
adjoining a public roadway.
No house trailer camps, tourist cabins or tourist
camps shall be erected, maintained, used or occupied, and the same
are hereby prohibited within the limits of the Village.
None of the provisions of this chapter shall
be construed as precluding any resident or property owner of this
Village from storing or parking one house trailer on his premises
for the temporary living accommodation of visitors or members of his
family for a period not to exceed three months, provided that a permit
has been issued to him by the Village Clerk. For reasons satisfactory

period of not to exceed three months. Such permits will be issued
by the Village Clerk without charge and shall be subject to the rules
and regulations established by the Village Board of Trustees. The
use of such house trailer shall comply with the regulations of the
