No person shall throw any snowball, stone or other missile in, upon or across any street or raise or fly a kite or balloon or play any game with a ball or any other item or object where the same is kicked, tossed, thrown or struck, or play or engage in any other game, amusement or exercise in or upon any street which interferes with the free, safe and convenient use of such street or sidewalk by any person or vehicle passing in or along same.
No person shall skate over any sidewalk within the city in such a manner as to hinder or endanger pedestrians. No person shall skate in any public street in the city except upon the sidewalk.

A violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or by both said fine and imprisonment. Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
