The Town of Ghent does hereby appoint its Zoning Enforcement Officer as the officer designated to receive applications for and to issue permits for the public display of fireworks in the Town of Ghent in accordance with all the applicable provisions of § 405.00 of the Penal Law of the State of New York.
The fee to the Town of Ghent for such permit shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board, payable in advance by the applicant.
