The Town of Hebron hereby authorizes the property tax exemption for solar energy heating and cooling systems pursuant to General Statutes § 12-81(56)(a), (b) and (c).

Failure to file such application in said manner and form within the time limit prescribed in said manner shall constitute a waiver of the right to such exemption for the assessment year.
