[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood 8-9-1972 by Ord. No. 637R (Ch. 19 of the 1971 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Official Map of the Borough of Fanwood, Union County, New Jersey, prepared by Richard O. Luster, Borough Engineer, dated April 27, 1972, is hereby adopted and established as the Official Map of said Borough, to have the same force and effect as provided in the Official Map and Building Permit Act of 1953, as amended and supplemented, N.J.S.A. 40:55-1.30 et seq.[2]
