In any instance where penalties for violation
of this Code are not covered by statute or by other provision of this
Code, the following penalties shall apply: Any person, firm or corporation
who violates any of the provisions of this Code shall, upon conviction,
be punished by one or more of the following: a fine not to exceed
$2,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed
90 days, or by a period of community service not to exceed 90 days,
and each violation of any of the provisions of this Code and each
day the same is violated shall be deemed and taken to be a separate
and distinct offense.
