For the purposes of this chapter, the Incorporated
Village of Munsey Park is hereby divided into use districts as follows:

The boundaries of districts are hereby established
as shown on the Official Village Map, which map is hereby declared
to be a part of this chapter. Properties which are divided by district
boundaries shall be governed by the district which has the more stringent
requirements, except that if 75% or more of the property falls within
one of the districts, then the requirements of that district shall
apply.
No building or structure shall be erected, altered,
remodeled or used for any purpose other than a purpose permitted in
the district in which such building, structure, land or premises is
situate. No building or structure, or part thereof, shall be erected,
used or maintained except in conformity with the regulations prescribed
in this chapter for the district in which such building or structure
shall be situate.
