Prior to the construction of any improvements,
a site development permit shall be obtained from the Building Inspector.
No improvements shall be made until all necessary federal, state and
local permits (including necessary site plan and subdivision approvals)
are obtained and the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) has been complied with.
Information to be submitted shall be as follows:
A. Plans, specifications, engineer's report and accompanying
data shall be submitted as detailed in the appropriate sections of
the Subdivision Regulations or Zoning Regulations.
B. The name and address of the contractor(s) performing
the work.
C. The name and telephone number of the owner's representative
in charge of the work.
E. A quality assurance plan indicating the frequency
and type of inspections and tests required and who will be making
the inspections and performing the tests.
F. Product data and/or shop drawings for manufactured
and fabricated materials to be incorporated into the work.
G. Certificates of compliance with referenced specifications
will be required upon request.
H. As-built plans showing the actual field locations
and elevations of improvements as constructed.
