Any violation of §
105-1 or
105-2 is a summary offense and the prosecution therefor shall be initiated by the issuance of a citation.

Any person violating §
105-1 or
105-2 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days, upon conviction thereof before the issuing authority having jurisdiction of said summary offenses, and said fines are to be collected for the use of the Borough as similar fines are now collected by law.

It shall be the duty of the police officer finding any child in violation
of this chapter to take said child to the police station and detain him pending
notification of the parent, legal guardian or person having legal custody
thereof and such person's calling at the police station for such child
or children.
