§ 120-45 Prepayment of fees, rentals, rates and other charges.

Any increase or decrease in fees, rentals, rates or other charges, whether set forth in this chapter or elsewhere, shall be applicable to all customers or other parties upon the effective date of the increase or decrease, including those customers or other parties who have prepaid for the service or other cause of charge in question.
