It shall be unlawful for any person to run or permit to be run any refrigerated machinery on any trucks owned, operated or in control of such person, while parked upon any public property or parking lot belonging to or under the control of the Borough of Chambersburg.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 10 days.
