Article VI Cable Television Telecommunications

§ A302-33 Short title.

This ordinance shall be known as the "Chambersburg Cable Service Ordinance," "franchise ordinance," "cable service franchise agreement," or "agreement."

§ A302-34 Cable service franchise agreement.

The Borough accepts, approves and enacts this cable service franchise agreement:[1]

§ A302-35 Effective date.

This franchise ordinance (agreement) shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest day allowed by law after repeal of Ordinance No. 95-9.

§ A302-36 Repealer.

All ordinances, including specifically Ordinance No. 95-9, Chambersburg Code Chapter A302, Article VI, §§ A302-33 through A302-52, inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent that they are so inconsistent.
