Fines and penalties for failure to observe this chapter shall pertain to a person or business who violates any portion of this chapter, including, but not limited to one who:
A. 
Makes a false or untrue statement on the application.
B. 
Fails to display the permit upon request.
C. 
Fails to obtain a permit.
D. 
Fails to cease operations after the expiration of the permit.
E. 
Does not comply with the provisions of this chapter.

This chapter shall be enforced by the Ordinance Enforcement Officer in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 136, Ordinance Enforcement.
