Editor's Note: Former Art. III, Per Capita Tax, adopted 12-19-1978 by Ord. No. 23, was repealed 1-18-2010 by Ord. No. 2010-01. This ordinance also provided that "Nothing herein shall be construed to repeal the imposition and collection of an occupation privilege tax, plus applicable penalties and interest, for calendar year 2005 and all prior calendar years; of an emergency and municipal services tax, plus applicable penalties and interest, for calendar years 2006 and 2007; of a local services tax, plus penalties and interest, for calendar year 2008; or of a per capita tax, plus penalties and interest, for the calendar year 2009, all as the same existed prior to the enactment of this ordinance."
