Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 196.
A. 
The Board of Commissioners of Marple Township recognizes the need for a park and recreation board.
B. 
It is desirous to create such a Board to be an advisory group reporting to the Board of Commissioners relative to maintaining and improving township parks.
C. 
The creation of the Board will benefit the residents of Marple Township.
The Board of Commissioners of Marple Township approve such a Board to be known as the "Marple Township Park and Recreation Board."
