A. 
Excepting those highways under the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation or the Montgomery County Department of Roads and Bridges, all roads, streets and highways within Upper Gwynedd Township shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour unless otherwise specified in this section. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the speed limit for West Point Pike (which is a highway under the jurisdiction of the Montgomery County Department of Roads and Bridges) between Moyer Boulevard and Oak Street shall be 25 miles per hour.
