Any person or persons who shall make or participate
in the making of any riot, noise, disturbance or disorderly assembly
in any street, house or place within the Township limits of the Township
of West Goshen or who shall appear or be on any public street, place
or alley under the influence of intoxicating liquors or who shall
engage in the use of any profane or indecent language on any public
street, place or alley within the Township limits of the Township
of West Goshen shall be guilty of disorderly conduct within the meaning
of this article.
Any person or persons to the number of three
or more who shall assemble in any public street, place or alley within
the Township limits of the Township of West Goshen and engage in loud,
boisterous or unseemly language or who shall refuse to disburse themselves
immediately after having been called upon to do so by any police officer
of the Township shall likewise be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct
within the meaning of this article.
Any person or persons who shall solicit for
immoral purposes in any public street, place or alley or who shall
engage or be engaged in prostitution or who shall be guilty of lewdness
or who shall willfully or improperly expose his or her person in any
public place shall be guilty of disorderly conduct within the meaning
of this article.
If any person or persons shall post any written
or printed handbills of an indecent or immoral character on any fence,
building, tree or other place, in any of the streets or alleys of
said Township, or shall paint, write or draw, or in any other manner
make any writing, drawing of figures of like indecent or immoral character,
with paint, chalk or other substance on any fence, building, tree
or other place as above, so as to cause the same to have an indecent
or immoral character or appearance, such person or persons shall be
deemed guilty of disorderly conduct within the meaning of this article.
Any person or persons who shall throw or in
any manner project any stone, club or other missile, refuse or rubbish
in or upon any street or public alley of said Township or any person
who, without the consent of the owner thereof, shall throw or project
any such object on the privately owned property of any owner of real
estate in said Township shall be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct
within the meaning of this article.

Any person who violates or permits the violation
of any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in
a summary proceeding brought before a District Justice under the Pennsylvania
Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense and shall
be subject to the payment of a fine of not less than $100 and not
more than $1,000, plus the costs of prosecution. In default of payment
thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment in the county
prison for a term of not more than 30 days. Each section or provision
of this article that is violated shall constitute a separate offense,
and each day or portion thereof in which a violation of this article
is found to exist shall constitute a separate offense, each of which
violations shall be punishable by a separate fine imposed by the District
Justice of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, plus the costs
of prosecution, or upon default of payment thereof, the defendant
may be sentenced to imprisonment in the county prison for a term of
not more than 30 days. All fines and penalties collected for the violation
of this article shall be paid to the Township Treasurer.
